Airport shuttles to LAX depart from the Irvine station between the hours of 4:45am thru 4:45pm. Scheduled departure times are 4:45am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 10:45am, 12:45pm and 4:45pm. Travel time is approximately 60 minutes to terminal one at the Los Angeles Airport. The LAX FlyAway Bus will stop at all terminals. Allow additional time if you are departing from a different terminal.

Flyaway tickets are only sold at the bus terminals. The bus driver will not collect the fare at the LAX Airport. When you arrive at Union Station, you will need to purchase a ticket from the kiosk. The driver will release your luggage once you return to the bus with your ticket.

Does it ever take longer than an hour from Irvine to LAX? I have an 11am flight (on a Thursday) and wanted to take the 8:45 bus (not checking any bags, so I can arrive at airport by 10am).

I want to get from Irvine to Westwood. Is that possible?
I know the shuttle takes me to the LAX Airport, but I’m confused on what to take after that.
