- Operate a minimum of one vehicle that meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Pay the Tucson Airport $921 per vehicle per year. Rate adjusted annually according to passenger deplanements.

Greetings! I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some info reported here. First off, the VIP Taxi citation is incorrect above; it is with Flash Cab LLC only. Second, the rates posted are not correct; distance charge is $2.50 per mile currently. The new contract will be $2.25 per mile. Third, “operate at least 8 taxis at Tucson Airport at all times” is a bit misleading. The contract is for 8 specified cabs per company, with a minimum of 2 here for all flights. There will not be 8 taxis from each company here “at all times”.
