My fiance and I purchased roundtrip tickets for the airport shuttle when we arrived to Nashville. We scheduled our return trip, however, the shuttle never arrived. We called to check on its status shortly after it was supposed to arrive and received poor customer service from the representative. She hung up on me twice. We ended up having to call a taxi to get to the airport and when we arrived, I went to the counter and the representative refused to issue a refund and reimbursement for our taxi fare, stating that I needed to speak to the manager. The following day, I spoke to the manager who took my contact information and said he would call the next day. I have left multiple messages for him to follow-up, but still have not received a response.
