About GroundCar Score™
The more information and knowledge that a traveler has about a specific ground transportation company, the higher the probability of customer satisfaction.
- The GroundCar Score (GCS) is a numerical rating representing the
transparency of a ground transportation company and implies the
degree of openness, communication and accountability. High rated operators
typically display answers on their website to the most common questions
of travelers seeking ground transportation.
- The GCS is based on a 100 point rating scale. Higher scores
generally indicate a greater level of transparency.
- Companies with high scores communicate important industry information
on their websites which includes an address, permit number, airport
transfer rates, hourly or metered rates, cancellation policy, and
vehicle fleet pictures.
- The proprietary GroundCar Score is the first and only rating system for the taxi, shuttle, limousine and charter bus industry. The rating system is administered by Get Digitally Organized Inc (GDO) which is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. GDO does not own or operate any passenger ground transportation companies.
