Avoid Common Traveler Complaints

  • Driver arrived late or failed to show up for the scheduled reservation.
  • Operator failed to compensate the customer or refund promised monies.
  • The condition of the reserved vehicle was misrepresented or the driver arrived with a different vehicle (bait-and-switch).
  • Unauthorized Charges: The operator charged the credit card on file without the prior consent of the customer.

Transportation Reviews offers a free dispute resolution service to consumers who reserve ground transportation with an authorized provider. TR will attempt to resolve a dispute between the customer and the authorized provider in order to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

Registration is required for dispute resolution services and must be completed prior to the scheduled service.
